If Areti Core is unreachable or noticeably slow, please first check whether other colleagues in your workspace are affected. If so, email support@areti.de with the subject "SERVICE INCIDENT" — we respond immediately and keep you updated.

If you discover a security vulnerability in Areti Core, please report it confidentially to support@areti.de and do not disclose it publicly. We acknowledge receipt within one business day.
